How do I prepare for my appointment?

Thank you for choosing to receive your dental care at Boston Family Dental. Please take a few moments to read through the following:

1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

2. Be prepared to present your Dental Insurance Card. This will assist us with identifying you in our system and to validate your insurance coverage. If any insurance information has changed since your last visit, please bring it to the attention of the administrative staff upon your arrival.

3. Your co-payment (if applicable) will be collected at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Visa.

4. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a broken appointment charge.
